Training Officer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Work experience in the crewing industry.
  • Experience as a Trainer or in a similar role is a plus.
  • Background in instructional design or training and development is beneficial.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor IFS training programs to meet customer, statutory, and organizational goals.
  • Oversee the review and calibration of training manuals.
  • Schedule training sessions and coordinate with trainers and trainees.
  • Communicate with clients and trainees regarding training arrangements.
  • Manage resources and ensure all necessary equipment and materials are available.
  • Manage the IFS People Interface (IPI).
  • Keep detailed records of trainees, trainers, and training activities, including attendance, schedules, and feedback.
  • Ensure training manuals are secured and updated.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs using feedback and evaluations from trainees and clients.
  • Track and consolidate trainer evaluation results.
  • Create reports on training outcomes.
  • Assist trainers with materials and resources.
  • Collect and provide feedback to improve training delivery.
