IT Head

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Microsoft Dynamics NAV preferred.
• 10 + years of Progressive experience in IT Management, with a track record of successful Leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of Software Engineering best practices, including Agile development, Continuous
integration and Deployment and Testing.
• Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
• Experience with managing IT networks across Philippines for Stores and Kiosks.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and emerging technologies.
• Knowledge of data privacy and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Proven project management skills and experience in managing complex IT projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong knowledge, experience and proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 platform (Azure, Power BI, Power
Automate, Teams, SharePoint etc.)
• Experience in training End Users
• Amenable to work from 8:30AM to 6:00PM with 12 Saturdays in a year (8:30AM to 3:00PM)
• Amenable to working on-site in Chino Roces, Makati with 1-day WFH per week.
• Can start ASAP


Duties and Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Senior Management to develop and align IT strategies with the Organization’s Goals and Objectives.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year IT roadmap that includes Technology upgrades, System enhancements and Resource Planning.
• Oversee the Design, Implementation, and Maintenance of the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems at both Head Office, Stores and Kiosks across Philippines.
• Ensure high availability, security, and scalability of IT infrastructure.
• Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Allocate resources and monitor project progress.
• Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect the organization’s data and systems.
• Stay updated on cybersecurity threats and ensure the organization is well prepared to mitigate risks.
• Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.
• Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure cost effectiveness and performance.
• Develop and manage the IT department budget, track expenses and ensuring cost control.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvement.
• Ensure timely resolution of user issues and provide technical support when needed.
• Ensure IT policies, procedures, and practices comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
