FINANCE SUPERVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Prepares and ensures accurate and timely submission of BIR Returns and remittances are paid
accordingly.
• Coordinate with BIR on open LOAs and resolve the issues to close the findings.
• Ensure Accounting related tasks are posted and analyzed before month end close.
• Provide all requirements and monthly/annual reports related to financial compliance to
government agencies and corporate requirements but not limited to BIR, PEZA, SEC, LGU &
NPC.
• Perform compliance testing and due diligence for all financial legal requirements but not limited to
BIR, PEZA, SEC, LGU & NPC.
• Update all legal registration of the company as needed.
• Coordinate with PEZA regarding requirements related to Enterprise Registration and Incentive
availments.
• Provide support on legal requirements and coordinate with Legal counsel to write Board Minutes
of Meeting and issue Secretary’s Certificate for all legal requirements of the company.
• Keep the records of Board Meetings, Certifications and other legal and administrative documents
of the company.
• Lead the preparation of the documents for the Annual General Meeting. Make follow through of
all deliverables and execution of approved resolutions.
• Coordinate with Legal counsel regarding the review of financial related contracts.
• Handle internal and external finance auditors. Coordinate with Finance Supervisors for all
requirements during the audit.
• Review Internal Control System and ensure compliance of the respective
departments/responsible person.
• Monitor non-compliance and Deviations on policies and procedures and ensure this is properly
reported to the Finance Director.
• Investigate non-compliance or fraud committed by the employees and make sure this is properly
reported to the Internal Audit and Global Compliance.
• Handles renewal of Insurances related to Industrial Risks/Property & Fire insurance, Officers
Liability Insurance and Corporate General Liability Insurance.
• Act as deputy Data Protection Officer. Assist in the investigation for any breaches reported to
DPO. Assist in the Impact assessment and documentation of NPC requirements.
• Implementation and compliance with the regulations and standards of safety, company
handbook, ISO and MDSAP.
• Performs other duties that maybe assigned and trained as to skills and experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• BS Accountancy Graduate
• At least 2 – 3 year experience in the field of Tax, PEZA compliance and General Accounting in a
supervisory capacity.
