Key Responsibilities

· Ensures that delivery of items to clients are accomplished on assigned date and time.

· Ensures that pull-out of items to clients are accomplished on assigned date and time.

· Ensures that correct delivery documents are received by the clients and returned to the Logistics Admin.

· Ensures that documents are forwarded to the correct department after delivery.

· Answers phone calls and emails politely and correctly.

· Follows companies and client’s policy and procedures during delivery.

· Monitors company’s vehicles and delivery equipment to ensure their reliability and physical dependability.

· Aligns their work activities and behavior with the company’s vision, mission, objectives, standards, policies and procedures

Qualification

· Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree

· Minimum of one year working experience.

· Clean driving record

· Familiarity with local streets, neighborhoods, and routes.

· Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) equipment preferred.

· Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
