BUSINESS PARTNER LEAD

Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote IT and computer commercial products and work closely with provincial channels
    and distributors
  • Promote Company Academy to academic institutions.
  • Corporate account management. Responsible for growing and promoting the Company in the
    region (Visayas or Mindanao)
  • Work closely with channel partners, conducting funneling, and direct customer-facing.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with internal and external clients for all provincial corporate account
    needs.
  • Ensures that the business partners are managed for growth and customer excellence.
  • Regularly monitor the business partners to better understand buying patterns and identify
    opportunities.
  • Achieve all agreed sales targets and performance measures.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities to meet short and medium-term
    business plans.
  • React responsively and in a timely manner to customer queries and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain healthy and effective working relationships with external and internal
    clients.
  • Fully understand and adhere to all relevant sales processes.
  • Can formulate strategic business decisions
  • Maintain knowledge of the industry to promote position in the market better.
    Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Computer Science/Information
    Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Business Studies, Administration
    Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • At least 1 to 3 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Filipino & English)
  • Must possess negotiating, selling, presentation, and time management skills
  • Can work well under pressure
  • Demonstrates goodwill on the drive for results, relationship building, problem-solving, teamwork,
    sense of ownership, and adaptability to change
