Account Manager

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience
• Effective Communication skills
• Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills
• Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills
• Expected to adhere to their workplace schedules, set by the director/president.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
• Amenable to work from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Saturday.
• Amenable to working on-site in Dau Mabalacat, Pampanga.
• Can start ASAP

 

Duties and Responsibilities
• Meets sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; monthly/quarterly
projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products revenue.
• Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems.
• Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel (stakeholders and executive sponsors) in all jurisdictions by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
• Coordinates the involvement of the team to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
• Assist with sales matter request.
• Develop field sales action plans by implementing sales program.
• Responsible for monitoring the performance of the assigned sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports.
• Other responsibilities which may be assigned by immediate superior in related to the position
