ACCOUNT MANAGER (Pampanga)

Key Responsibilities

· Meets sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; monthly/quarterly projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products revenue.

· Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems.

· Establishes productive and professional relationships with key personnel (stakeholder and executive sponsors) in all jurisdictive customer accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.

· Coordinates the involvement of the team in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.

· Assist with sales matter request.

· Develop field sales action plans by implementing sales program.

· Responsible for monitoring the performance of assigned sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports.

· Other responsibilities which may be assigned by immediate superior in related to the position.

Qualification

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience

· Effective Communication skills

· Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills

· Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills

· Expected to adhere to their workplace schedules, set by the director/president.

· Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
