Job Description:

We are on the lookout for a proficient Solutions Engineer with a keen focus on digital identity solutions from an Identity and Access Management Solutions company. The successful candidate will be instrumental in evaluating customer systems to pinpoint use cases for our innovative products. Your role involves crafting bespoke solutions, conducting impactful demos, and integrating our products into client systems.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform in-depth analysis of customer systems to identify use cases and ensure compatibility with our products.

· Design and prototype custom solutions that leverage digital identity technologies.

· Present dynamic and persuasive demos to demonstrate the value of our products.

· Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and provide technical expertise during the sales cycle.

· Contribute to product documentation and public content.

· Facilitate the integration and support of our solutions, guaranteeing a smooth transition for our customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Solid experience in technical pre-sales or as a solutions engineer from an Identity and Access Management Solutions company.

· Knowledge of modern identity management protocols and technologies – OpenID Connect, OIDC, JWT tokens

· Experience in systems analysis and consulting

· Familiarity with software architecture, design, or engineering with proficiency in at least one programming language (Javascript preferred)

· Familiarity with digital identity technologies and their application across various sectors.

· Strong communication skills, capable of distilling complex technical details into clear, understandable terms.

· Hands-on experience with SaaS integrations, REST API, and Verifiable Credentials is highly preferred.

· A problem-solver mindset with a dedication to customer success.
