CUSTOMER ACQUISITION EXECUTIVE (Makati)

Key Responsibilities

· Acquire new accounts, aiming for an average of one account per month.

· Manage sales administration functions, including operational performance reporting and streamlining processes and systems.

· Cultivate productive and professional relationships with key personnel (stakeholders and executive sponsors) in all customer accounts within the jurisdiction. This involves making periodic visits, understanding specific needs, and anticipating new opportunities.

· Coordinate team efforts to meet account performance objectives and exceed customers’ expectations.

· Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures of the department and company rules.

· Participate in all Quality Management Systems (QMS) related trainings.

· Promptly report any identified non-conformities.

· Fulfill other duties as assigned by immediate superior.

Qualification

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management

· One year working experience and with good oral and written communication skills.

· Highly organized and with proven ability to work in fast-paced environment.

· Excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills Possess active listening skills with a keen attention to details.

· Willing to work for extended hours.

· Shows flexibility, can quickly adapt to changes in plans.
