Responsibilities: • Manage the account sales team to maximize the business of each account and achieve the company’s profitability goal by using knowledge of channel management, account management, marketing insights, and product portfolio. • Develop a sales plan to meet sales goals, including current accounts and prospect accounts and areas. • Collect and analyze data market feedback from accounts and consumers. • To perform other tasks to be assigned from time to time. Requirements: • Graduate of any 4-year Business courses • 5+ years of sales management experience with a demonstrated record of success in the consumer electronic industry or distribution • Proven history of achieving sales goals and growth • Understanding of sales performance metrics • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Basic knowledge of TQM / Lean Six Sigma is a plus factor
