Building and Safety Officer
Qualifications:
- College graduate (any course).
- Experience in the crewing industry is a plus.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Safety Officer or in a similar role.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, implement and manage safety programs within the workplace.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines and the Philippine building code.
- Ensure compliance with government-mandated reports and regulations.
Coordinate with HR and Admin Officers to align the company’s practices with government regulations and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) standards. - Conduct safety orientations for guests/trainees before coordinating with other departments.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination across departments.
