At least 4 years of experience as a Safety Officer or in a similar role.
Duties and Responsibilities
Plan, implement and manage safety programs within the workplace.
Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines and the Philippine building code.
Ensure compliance with government-mandated reports and regulations. Coordinate with HR and Admin Officers to align the company’s practices with government regulations and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) standards.
Conduct safety orientations for guests/trainees before coordinating with other departments.
Maintain effective communication and coordination across departments.
