JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Participate, collaborate, and engage with project teams throughout the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Develop Test Plans
- Manage Test Scripts development based on requirements
- Work closely with Functional and Technical SMEs in the comprehensive testing and overall quality assurance of functional and technical solutions
- Manage User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
- Support key-user and end-user trainings to ensure project are meeting enablement and knowledge transition requirements
- Support in identifying risks and mitigation approach, issues and resolution
- Support post-mortem/retrospect session
- Preferably ISTQB or CSTE certified (or any related TM certification)
- 5-7 years relevant experience
