JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Project and people/team management
- Studies and plans IT resources needed in line with company direction and needs
- Acquires, setup and deploy IT resources as well as changes on the IT resource
- Proactive maintenance to prevent unavailability or failure on IT resource
- Post-active maintenance to solve problems and minimize stoppage on operation
- Installation and configuration of computer hardware, software, operating system and application
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, network, printer and server
- Communicates with staff through a series of action set up the system or resolve the issue
- Troubleshooting network and system including diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults
- Support the roll out of new application
- Manages PC set up and deployment to new employee
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate/Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology & Computer-related courses/equivalent
courses - At least 4-5 years work-related experience in IT industry or equivalent exposure
- Above-average knowledge and skills in server design, maintenance, documentation, trouble-
shooting and Microsoft Server System (Linux System is a plus) - Dell or any server and backup system certified engineer (server and/or storage) is an advantage
- Customer-oriented, exudes a positive disposition and attitude even when faced with challenges
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Good written and communication skills
- Can work under minimum supervision
