1. Analyzes current buying systems and create the best methods for day-to-day procurement
  2. Overseeing the procurement department, establishing Buyer goals based on corporate
    inventory needs and sales projections for the coming year and setting career objectives for each
    member of the procurement team
  3. Propose improvements to the current procurement system that will improve vendor
    relationships and lower the cost of doing business
  4. Collaborate with inventory control and sales to develop metrics for gauging inventory level
    needs and then maintaining those levels throughout the year
  5. Take the lead in creating profitable ways to manage obsolete and slow-moving stock to help
    offset losses
  6. Manage the company’s day-to-day procurement activities and ensure that all staff are meeting
    their personal performance standards
  7. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


  1. Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management and other
    related/equivalent courses
  2.  At least 5 – 7 years of experience in Procurement functions, management and procedures.
  3. Relevant work experience in IT industry and office fit-out
  4. Strong connection with vendors and manufacturers
  5. Strong knowledge in supply chain management required
  6. With project management background & skills an advantage
  7. Able to work with minimal supervision and can work under pressure
  8. Good oral and written communication skills and can coordinate effectively
