Responsibilities:
- Coordination with Construction and Credit and Collection on completed units for inspection
- Ensuring a smooth move-in of buyers into the houses they bought
- Management of interim Homeowners’ Associations, and ensuring compliance to the Master Deed of Restrictions on our projects
- Coordination with government agencies such as LGU’s, HLURB
- Maintenance and upkeep of the projects, including unsold units
- Leadership and management of the Property management team

Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Alabang. Muntinlupa City.
- Preferably CEO/SVP/AVP/VP/Directors specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
