JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Function as a liaison between business and technology teams in gathering, defining, and understanding business and system requirements for digital initiatives
- Collaborate with Project Manager and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to find the best solution to address business requirements
- Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD), which include Functional Specifications, and System Requirements
- Support in identifying risks and mitigation approach, issues and resolution
- Support post-mortem/retrospect session
- Gather and document lessons learned
- Preferably CBAP certified (or any related BA certification)
- 3 – 5 years relevant experience
