JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Will handle 1st level of trouble shooting
- Handles trouble and issue management
- Can identify/analyses the issues
- Knowledgeable on PC, server, network and infrastructure
- Preferably a generalist
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate/Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology & Computer-related/equivalent courses
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Customer-oriented, exudes a positive disposition and attitude even when faced with challenges
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Good written and communication skills
- Can work under minimum supervision
