- Providing support to operations and development teams.
- Supporting production systems as required outside of standard working hours and participate in 24×7 on call rotation.
- Bachelor’s Degree graduate.
- 5-10 years of Experience in System Administration, preferably in the Financial Industry.
- Experience and knowledge of either or all our flavours (AIX, OS400, LINUX).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work collaboratively and provide SME guidance to colleague if necessary.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- ITSM knowledgeable.
- Demonstrable experience of leading, managing, mentoring and motivating a technically focused team in an enterprise environment.
- Ability to technical mentoring and guidance.
- Desirably with ITIL Certification but not required.
