JOB DESCRIPTION:

Drives the overall retail store front aspect of the AGM Business by managing nationwide store merchandising, business intelligence, and overall retail experience.

Retail Store Management-achieve sales target on managed Promoters and RBAs. Maintain wallet share and display share per store at par with the industry market share across AGM products by developing and implementing in-store programs

Business Intelligence-conductcompetitor’s analysis, market and industry insights cascade promotions and information campaign. Implement in-store promotions and programs to ultimately achieve targets and market share against competition

People Management-maximize each team member’s potentials by achieving 100% of their individual KPI

To perform other task to be assigned from time to time
Minimum education requirement: College graduate
Relevant experience and minimum years required:

At least 3 years’ experience in RETAIL sales management
Basic skills required:
Language: English & Filipino
Computer: Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Technical: Oracle or any computerized accounting system experience is a plus
Special competence required: Must have strong work ethics and well organized, detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable, ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
