Job Description:
- Will do end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
- Creating and posting job postings in online job sites/portals. Utilized various recruitment sources such as LinkedIn, job street, and Monster, as well as pipeline candidates for various positions.
- Interviewing prospective candidates, negotiating compensation, establishing relationships, and educating candidates on the standard hiring process.
- Analyzing the suitability of the candidate for the job order, and composing an executive summary to justify the candidate’s qualifications.
- Working on multiple positions simultaneously in all areas of IT and Non-IT positions.
- Identified and sourced IT candidates including hard-to-find/hot skills in accordance with the demand and needs of the clients.
- Pre-screen candidates and validate their skills and qualification
- Responsible for sourcing and conducting initial phone interviews for qualified applicants
- Making use of different databases and accounts in sourcing channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Jobstreet, and Monster. Managed the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for sourcing and tracking.
- Making use of Boolean strings as a method in sourcing the best IT candidates in different job boards.
- Conduct in-depth interviews over the phone to gather relevant information regarding the candidate’s working background, technical and non-technical skills, hourly rate/salary which may require negotiation, and other pertinent information needed to gauge the candidate’s competencies
- Meet aggressive monthly hiring goals for an IT Consulting Firm to refresh the talent pipeline; screen and interview candidates to facilitate an ample pool of excellent prospective employees.
- Prepared the resume and presents candidates to the client.
- Composes End Day Report (EOD) for submission to the client(s) and internally.
