JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Generating new clients or accounts for the company and operate as the lead point of
contact for any and all matters specific to acquired and assigned key clients or accounts of
the company - Overseeing the process of planning, executing and delegating responsibilities around
information technology (IT) pursuits and goals - Project managers may work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope
and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support - Ensure that projects are delivered smoothly on-time and on-budget with minimal
unexpected stoppages in work - Handles trouble and issue management
- Can identify/analyses the issues
- Will conduct client visit from time to time
- Knowledgeable on PC, server, network and infrastructure
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Studies,
Administration, Management and other related/equivalent courses - At least 5 -7 years of work-related experience
- Customer-oriented, exudes a positive disposition and attitude even when faced with
challenges - Relevant work experience in account management and negotiation skills in an IT industry
- With project management background & skills
- Willing to travel across project sites, flexible with time and willing to render overtime
- Good oral and written communication skills and can coordinate effectively
- Able to work with minimal supervision and can work under pressure
- Computer literate (MS Office)
