Project Development Manager


Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Client Management
    1. Maintains and enhance existing relationships
    2. Presents new products and services to existing clients
    3. Works with Service Delivery Teams to meet customer needs
  2.  New Business Development
    1. Identifies and approaches potential clients to ensure continuing source of
    2. Identifies influencers and decision makers within the client organization
    3. Develops presentation materials and proposals
    4. Participates in pricing solutions and services
  3.  Planning and Product Development
    1. Researches on client needs to identify unserved requirements and/or
    future needs
    2. Identifies other uses of the existing solutions and services
    3. Identifies opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution
    channels that will lead to an increase in sales
  4. Others
    1. Submits weekly progress reports and tracks activities on accounts
    using the company’s sales management system
    2. Forecasts targets and ensure they are met by the team
    3. Identifies and conducts business development training and mentoring
    to business developers and other internal staff
    4. Performs all other related duties from time to time

Minimum Education Required:

  • College Degree, Bachelor’s Degree in Mass
    Communication, Economics,
    Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business
    Administration/Management or in any related field

Minimum Relevant Experience Required:

  1. At least 5 years experience in IT-based Sales or
    Business Development Management with
    excellent relationship in Government Agencies,
    GOCCs, Real Estate and BFSI industry.
  2. Knowledge in the Government Procurement
    Reform Act and its implementation plus BOT law
  3. Knowledge in land titling process and
    Geographical Information System (GIS) is a plus
  4. Knowledge in financial computation required to
    determine cost-offer, break-even pricing and
    profitability analysis required.
  5. Experience in documentation of agreements and
    proposals required
  6. Has handled at least 50M annual sales quota
    and consistently achieved year-on- year targets.
