JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Consistently make a good first impression when speaking with leads
- Engage potential customers in dialogue that opens opportunities
- Sells company products to customers via telephone or electronic inquiries.
- Must close the sale on products, systems and/or services.
- Sales typically made through inbound telephone sales activities with limited outbound call responsibilities.
- Commit to departmental and individual quotas/goals
- Meet company expectations for excellent customer service
- Researches and analyzes the referrals business and industry.
- Provide information regarding product/service in an engaging manner
- Answer all customer questions honestly and accurately
- Take relevant notes on all calls for future use and enter into database
- Prepares merchant proposals using pricing within set guidelines.
- Maintain a friendly, professional tone at all times
- Function as part of the team with sincere enthusiasm
- Negotiate sales and address any concerns/reservations of potential customers
- Contacts assigned referrals within standard guidelines
- Continue to build strong relationship with merchant; providing insight and knowledge on other potential opportunities that would assist in the success of their business.position(s) available.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/ Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field
- With at least 1-2 years of experience as Inside sales rep.
- Preferably with phone closing experience with focus on selling
- Ability to work independently, but with a team focus
- Excellent customer service and organization skills
- Effective communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality Experience using Microsoft Office applications, with Excel, Word and Outlook proficiency Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to establish and maintain productive, positive and cooperative relationships with internal and external partners, etc. to small business owners
- Must be willing to work in Eastwood City for a night shift schedule
