- Marketo experience of creating, testing and deliver messages to our existing database. This may include batch emails, building webinar programs, landing pages, and more.
- Familiar with Key Elements of Account Based Marketing execution elements – Personalize Message, Customer Targeting Techniques, Research and Evaluation.
- Develop and implement tracking performance and gain insights based on key metrics
- Operate Marketing Campaign configuration in AMEA region – Be able to operate marketing tools to complete marketing campaign execution in AMEA region to achieve account-based marketing goal.
- Marketing Process Efficiency – Be able to leverage effective approaches for marketing process and to add value to the end-to-end business chain.
- Salesforce Operation – this is secondary responsibility of the role. Be able to do L1 response or trouble shoot of Salesforce operational questions. Escalate to L2 for complicated issues and provide resolution to business users.
- Customer Satisfaction – provide in-time professional and technical suggestions to marketing/ marketing op team users.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Digital Marketing or equivalent.
