JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for selling and marketing the Subic Port’s business services to potential partners/clients Sustain and develop new customers
- Provide technical and sales assistance to customers and partners
- Keep abreast of developments in the market and competition and rectify efforts to accomplish or improve upon budgeted results
- Establish and maintain positive and professional relationships with Government Agencies (BOC and SBMA)
- Provide technical assistance to customers
- Lead industry-related conventions and forums
- Attend business and industry conventions
- Address customer service feedback and close customer’s concerns
- Communicate to the team in addressing customer’s concerns and improve the quality of service
- Establish and review business service pricing considering existing market conditions, service capacity available, and quality to provide customers with an affordable yet competitively-priced service
- Develop a strong Sales Plan for the assigned scope, forecasting sales
- Prepare status reports as required, detailing sales, calls, customer trends, and competitive markets and pricing (Client Dashboard)
- Create a Sales and Marketing expense budget and annual sales plan in cooperation with operations
- Present periodic Management Update Reports
- Explore new customer prospects and product applications (Website Development)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Customs Management, and any Business-related courses, etc.
- At least 3 years’ relevant work experience in the Port Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management and Customs or direct-selling experience and customer management
- Must be customer-focused and have excellent English Communication Skills (both oral and written).
- Thorough knowledge of customers within area of coverage
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and a sense of urgency
