Duties & Responsibilities:
A. Regular Duties and Responsibilities
- Interacts extensively with system owners and users to understand
business requirements - Analyzes business requirements vis-à-vis existing processes and systems
- Analyzes incidents encountered in live operations and determines
corresponding system enhancements required - Proposes improvements in client processes to increase work efficiency
and effectiveness - Proposes alternative solutions that meet client requirements as well as
ensure technical feasibility - Works closely with application developers and end users to ensure
technical compatibility and user satisfaction - Prepares detailed functional/system specification documents
- Tests developed systems to ensure compliance with client requirements
- Facilitates user acceptance testing activities
- Provides training to system trainers and users
B. Other Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensures that developed systems generate and store correct and complete
data - Supports operations by analyzing and resolving problems encountered in
live sites - Performs all other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Education Required:
- Graduate of a 4-year college course preferably in
any of the following fields: IT, math, science,
engineering
Minimum Relevant Experience Required:
- 2 years
