  1. 20 outbound sales calls to new prospects per day
  2. Source new prospects via the web and other resources
  3. Use the CRM tools to track all prospects
  4. Update the CRM tool according to management direction
  5. Present services via phone and web presentations
  6. Get new mail center operators to sign up on the Anytime Mailbox website (use promo code)
  7. Ensure operator is fully on boarded and active (on our website)
  8. Follow up on all open actions for operators
  9. Work with Inbound Sales Manager to improve follow up flow
  10. Make inroads into new verticals


  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
  2. 2 years+ of outbound sales calls to new prospects
  3. B2B sales experience is a plus
  4. Proven track record of closing sales and reliability
  5. Can present services via web conference calls (Zoom/GoToMeeting platforms)
  6. Excellent written and verbal English language skills
  7. Professional appearance for web based video calls
  8. Proactive and has the initiative to follow through
  9. Receptive to feedback
  10. Results-oriented
  11. Willing to work on a Night Shift schedule in Ortigas
